My girls are still getting used to this new concept. One showing more confidence than the other but bribing them with treats goes a long way. The hardest part of the assembly was the walking tread, easier to turn the treadmill on its side to get enough leverage to secure the two ends to each other. Of course, if you have someone helping you, the easier it would be. Using the brake while they are learning is a must for me, it prevents them from moving too far to the back edge and losing their footing. Slowly they're learning to continue to walk. All-in-all, the girls are excited to get on it and walk for a little bit.

This is a sturdy product with huge upgrades in materials compared to other dog treadmills in other brands at a very similar price point. I love that it has a brake. It was a little challenging to put together but overall I managed to do so by myself. So far my pup is adjusting. Looking forward to getting her fully trained on it.

reviewed a ton of treadmills before I landed on this one. There are cheaper ones out there but this is a good mid-grade treadmill that's better than the cheap ones but likely not as good as the expensive ones (which are 2-3x the cost of this one). Having the brake helped with training my dog to get on and off the machine in the beginning. Assembly was slightly confusing because of the diagrams but took around 90 minutes all-in. Overall not nearly as bad as some people make it out to be. The dog loves it and we run him on it regularly.
