Paris is very anxious and likes to lick the spots on her paws. I've tried everything I can think of to try and get her to stop, but nothing seems to be working. Paris also injured her own shoulder. I found these during the pandemic and wanted to try them out. This brace is actually very helpful. They are well made and wash well. I hang them up to dry and when dry I throw them in the dryer to fluff them up. It can help Paris restore her shoulders very well. In just two weeks, Paris recovered very well. Thank you very much for this product.

I absolutely love it. My dog hated it at first but who really like a brace anyways. He was more or less confused about what was going on an it being new. . Which is totally expected. It ended up being comfortable for him an he ended up getting use to it. She is an extremely large dog an was diagnosed with elbow dysplasia. I did originally order the one leg brace an ended up doing a lot of research about elbow dysplasia, sprains an arthritis ect an ended up getting the two legged brace so there isn’t more pressure going onto the other leg that’s fine. That could potentially end up causes more damage to the leg that’s not sore an make it easier for them to injure themselves on that leg as well. It has helped my dog so much an highly recommend this. Even if it’s only one leg that’s sore for your dog, please do get the both leg ones if you want improvement!

Worth the money Very glad I opted to get hinged dog shoulder support brace. Good quality and my old man doesn’t mess with it so it’s been durable. He measured right at the smallest end of a large, so I ordered that, but could’ve done a medium and it would have fit well. The large is a little big, but I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning.

The brace did what we needed it to do and held up a bandage in an inconvenient spot on our dog's elbow, however it started to tear at the seam after just 2 days because of my naughty dog

My dog had a wound on her leg and when the stitches were removed she licked it nonstop and it was getting inflamed. Vet sent her home with a huge cone collar and she was supposed to keep that on for as long as it took. That was not happening. I ordered the first one and it came in two days and really seemed comfortable on her. It kept her from licking the wound and enabled me to stop monitoring her constantly. The bad part is that it got stretched completely out of shape after about ten days. My dog goes outside a lot and used it fairly hard. I ordered a second one that came yesterday and it is doing a good job. I’m hoping the wound heals before I have to get a third. It is expensive to have to do that but wouldn’t come close to the vet bill for a return visit for an infected wound.

My beagle has arthritis in his elbow. He injured it jumping off of a log and after 2 weeks was still severely lame. X-ray showed a tiny joint mouse, but he's too old for surgery. Vet said wrapping it would help but nothing we tried would stay on until I got this. I got a size small. He wore it during the day for 3 days (I took it off at night). After that he was back to normal and hasn't needed it since. Great!

My pup needs this for a swollen elbow, but it isn't very durable. It developed a worn spot after a couple weeks and today it ripped. Once a piece was hanging down, my dog started playing with it and now it's torn to shreds. I have no choice but to get a new one, but not pleased I have to get a second one.

My schnauzer had a nodule that had to be drained on his lower leg and he is a compulsive licker and the collar wouldn't stop him from reaching it. We ended up trying this to cover it but let the spot breathe. It worked on the higher spot but didn't come down low enough on top of paw to stop him, so had to put a baby sock over it too. Its excellent otherwise. I wish it had a sock like bottom that covered his paw that you could use or foldup. Anyway its still an excellent alternative and has lots of adjustments for his body. soft fabric, suitical has lots of products that work! whenever we can avoid the cone we are happy!
